All Secret Police Officers seem to have been formerly on the most wanted list.
To join this Elite Hero Hunting organisation, then you must meet three prerequisates: 10,000 props min and at least 1,000 in each stat. You must also be a full member of the Family.
If you don't meet the criteria, or you are a Shadow, the Urbanville Police Force is a great way to take down Heroes, and show the Family that you mean business. May even earn you entry into the Secret Police.
