Urbaniacs takes great pride in delivering quality and service to its users. If you decide to purchase any gear or gear pack, we will make all reasonable efforts to insure delivery and satisfaction for you or your child. Some additional information will be required at the time of purchase. That information is not stored by Urbaniacs and is only stored by our financial institution for the purpose of processing payments made to Urbaniacs. That information is safeguarded with extremely high, bank-level security and it will never be used for any other purposes. Urbaniacs does not store any credit card numbers.


Urbaniacs takes Billing and Membership problems very seriously. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us at Info@urbaniacs.com. Please be as detailed as possible so we can resolve the issue properly. In the event that we cannot locate your membership account, we may request additional information regarding your billing details.

We make every effort to respond during the same business day, but at times it may take 1 – 2 business days. If you do not hear from us within that time, this might mean that our emails are being filtered by your provider. Please send the request again and we will attempt another method of contact.


Urbaniacs greatly values your time and dedication to the site. While we can not guarantee your satisfaction, we will make best efforts to deliver purchased gear to your account in a timely fashion. We are unable to offer any refunds for purchased gear at this time.
