Jay_Rawker is replacing me as the new admin. I will still retain my admin capabilities so that I can be of help to him and the programmer in the future, but Jay will be the person to go to for all your concerns, trades, etc from now on. He has been my right hand man for the past year and is used to taking care of behind-the-scenes tasks. He is self-less and dependable, and I'm sure that he will go from assistant to admin quite seamlessly.
