Jay_Rawker is replacing me as the new admin. I will still retain my admin capabilities so that I can be of help to him and the programmer in the future, but Jay will be the person to go to for all your concerns, trades, etc from now on. He has been my right hand man for the past year and is used to taking care of behind-the-scenes tasks. He is self-less and dependable, and I'm sure that he will go from assistant to admin quite seamlessly.

Congrats, Jay! You'll do great, I'm sure of it! I'm glad you've stepped up. We're grateful to have a new admin, or at least that is one of the things I am grateful for this Thanksgiving, if you're American. :P

I think everyone needs to agree to behave themselves from now on, that would make everything a lot easier. =)
