The Truth May Be Out There
Part 1:

" Rain was falling down like razors on the face of the Urbaniacs who were giving their breath to protect so many innocents. Each Urbaniac roamed their own part of the city, looking for henchlings and trouble, waiting to do their jobs.

And how did they all get together?

That is a different story, that is an untold truth, hidden behind rumors and gossip. Sometimes truth must be held so that chaos can not emerge.

All of them are much closer than they can ever imagine, even GoatFist and all his minions. The tragedy of the past makes possible the future and their lives are once more connected as they were ages ago.

All started with a strange plane crash, a very unusual one. The plane was not made by man, and the government quickly covered up the news.
With no idea what to do, many civilians hired a team of the most brilliant but ruthless scientists to study this mysterious crash.

After years of investigation they everyone involved disappeared mysteriously, Rumors abound about a series of documents which revealed the mystery behind the powers which certain Urbaniacs developed. To this day, hunters, experts, and Urbaniacs alike search for these documents of truth.

That's my story and I'm stocking to it.

ESSAY CONTEST WINNERS!
I never new it would be this hard to get a winner out of 1000 post but let me tell you it was. I'm so glad I did not have to vote. Thanks to the top secret panal of judges, we have our winners.

Here's what one of the top secret judges had to say:
"Have any of you ever yelled at a referee in a ballgame, I know I have. How about the gymnastics or ice skating judges in the Olympics? Guilty again. The truth is we don't know how truly difficult a judge's job is until we are sitting in that seat. Well, myself and a handful of your Homeys d judged the Essay Contest. Let me tell you, it was a very difficult job. I figured it would be reading a few paragraphs, pick out the brilliant one and move on. No such luck. All the essays had something that made them special. We asked you to tell us how you felt about Urbaniacs and you did. I voted on how your words made me feel. How they touched me emotionally. Not a very scientific method, I know. But at least I can say that I voted with my heart, just like you all wrote from yours. It was a pleasure judging your essays. Thank you for letting us in. You were all great... well most of them were great. a few stunk!

Even after all that, we finailly came up with a winner!

Well, actually a few winners including a tie for first place.

First place goes to : Mindy and Tiger_eyes - 100,000 urbos each

Second place goes to Lilly_Larva for 50,000 urbos

Third place to Scared_Apollyon for 25,000 urbos

It was a tough call and I can't wait until next time. That is if the secret panal is up for it hehe!

Happy Urb Birthday
There is a time each year where we either hide or celebrate. A day when each Urbaniac has to admit their age. Urb-birthday it is! More and more Urbaniacs turn one and no one really knows about it. I am a one-year-old Urbaniac myself and I have to say... It sucks to party on your own.

To make things brighter, funkier and more party-like I am asking all Urbaniacs to send me a U-gram whenever their Urb-birthday is close. Their names will then show up in the City Hall each month for all of Urbanville to know when congratulate to veterans ;)

Do not make new topics in forums, there already are several. Forums/The Lounge/Urb-birthday and Da Mayor's Office/Birthday - places where you can also post your upcoming Urb-birthday.
