I could only keep 'em dancing for so long and that's when I got stung by something that I never want to go through again. Poor little Flingos. I hope they're gonna be OK. Due to recent conditions I must advise all not to drink anything while in Urbanville, yes you take the chance of dehydration but if you do drink it you run the risk of turning into a hero. Yes you heard it here first folks the water has been tested positive for HCS (Hero Converting Serum) soon you will be wearing pastel colored tights and dreaming of sunshine and lollipops. Although we do not know what exactly the serum is we do have proof of it's existance, recently one of the FAMILY's own Tiger_eyes has fallen victim to the sweet tasting but bad for your reputation HCS. If you have any idea who has been contaminating the city's water supply please contact Spaz at the E.V.I.L Academy immediatly. Sewer water will be rationed out along with our special FAMILY burritos, but please use sparringly we have no idea how long this will last.

To those who know her, it probably wouldn't come as surprise that Chieri, a long-time freelance heroine finally decided to sign up with HUSTLE Alliance. Indeed, Chieri never made a secret of her intentions to sign up with H.A. eventually, although she did take her time because, in her own words, "I wanted to join H.A. not as a newbie, but as a heroine capable of doing some fighting." But despite Chieri's preparations, she was still assigned a rank of a cadet upon her acceptance into H.A., but considering how many powerful Urbaniacs H.A. has in its ranks, even Chieri herself couldn't deny the fairness of it. "After all," Chieri says, "I still have a long way to go before I become a force to be reckoned with. And I am looking forward to fighting for H.A., no matter what my rank is."
